I think I have to return to the way I record my life
Writing in English is a necessarity of daily life
Though now I don't study  English very hard
but it is a general work I have to do

If I do not practice English persistantly, I might lose the sense of this beautiful langauge!

Try to express my feeling through English, and enjoy in this mood.
